What would you do with food if you felt safe and confident enough?
To radically improve our relationship with food and resolve concerns specific to our body we have to make peace with our plate. This program is designed to be creative, gentle, actionable and sustainable. Whether you are already well versed in food and health and want to develop a deeper more personal knowledge of how food affects you, you have specific dietary needs and want to add creativity and diversify to your plate, or the idea of preparing a real dinner sends you into a panic: This exploration begins where you are.
Over a period of 6 months we will define your goals, rebuild trust in your body, develop sensory awareness of food, and develop curiosity around shopping and preparing meals. You will be amazed at what naturally follows when you start to play your food.
Your program includes:
- One 2 hour cooking session in your kitchen per month- Chat and Chop
- Email support from me in between sessions
- A personalized handbook of recipes and handouts
- Free attendance to group classes or workshops held during the 6 month period
Partner Program
It is always more motivating and inspiring to share your goals with someone. Working with a friend, spouse, partner, or roommate can enrich and accelerate the experience of the 6 month program. Even though your bodies are different, the exploration into begins with the same simple steps. Double the questions, double the fun!
Fees
The cost of your program is 195 Euro per month. Fees can be calculated on a sliding scale because I do not believe that cost should be a prohibitive factor in this work.
Your family table
The family table is full of potential.
Let’s be honest, there will be so many meals in our lifetime, we cannot expect them all to go as planned. We have been inundated with nutrition dogma about feeding our kids the “right” or “healthy” way. This perfectionism is one more value judgement on parenting that not only misses the big picture, it denies our children the space to build their own positive relationship with food and their bodies.

This short program is designed to support you in the incredibly overwhelming project of feeding your kids. Together we will work to add variety, curiosity and pleasure to your family mealtimes. We will tailor solutions that make sense to YOU, your family, your budget, and your schedule. This is not about instagram performance, it is about building a sustainable trust-focused way to nourish your family.
The family table package includes:
- Eight bi-weekly 1 hr sessions over a period of 4 months with one or both parents
- Actionable tips to set theory into motion
- Practical fact sheets on food shopping and storage and additional resources on sensory activities
- Free admission to a monthly group cooking events (50 Euro value)
