Fork Life & Spoon cooking workshops take place in a cozy home kitchen in Puyricard and are designed for all levels of skill and passion. Menus are designed to create a sensory experience in the kitchen that will leave you feeling more confident and inspired to play with your food. Come into this space to learn, create and (re)connect to the project of feeding yourself.
Join us for explorations of flavors and techniques while connecting with wildly interesting people around the table.
Workshops are lead in English and French in Puyricard ( 10 minutes from Aix en Provence) .

Cancellation policy:
Life is unpredictable, I understand that plans can change especially with advanced bookings.
- at least 48 hours before the event: no fee
- within 48 hours of event: 50% of amount is due except if I can fill your spot from the waitlist. An email with recipes from the workshop will be sent to you so you do not miss out on the inspiration!
