Learn how to prepare simple, beautiful dishes in a relaxed home environment. All menus are designed to create a sensory experience- both in their preparation and enjoyment. Join us to try new ingredients, combine new flavors and practice new techniques! You will share a creative moment and delicious meal with wildly interesting people and go home with a few tricks up your sleeve.

 

The classes are taught in English and French in Puyricard ( 10 minutes from Aix en Provence) .

Life is unpredictable, I understand that plans can change especially with advanced bookings.

  • at least 48 hours before the event:  no fee
  • within 48 hours of event: 75% of amount is due except if I can fill your spot from the waitlist

FL&S kids cooking club

AGES 9-14

For kids that are ready to learn the skills, develop more autonomy, and boost confidence in the kitchen. Together we will build a vocabulary of taste, a curiosity for new flavors and techniques, a reflective approach to kitchen mess-ups, and a respect for different preferences.

  • Knife skills and kitchen safety
  • Accessible techniques, food science and new ingredients
  • Choice based recipes
  • Illustrated worksheet to keep up momentum between classes
  • Edible take homes to share with their loved ones (examples: jar of sauce, bottle of vinaigrette, granola)
