AGES 9-12 ( CE2 and up)

For kids who are ready to learn skills, develop more autonomy, and boost their confidence in the kitchen. Together we will build a vocabulary of taste and a reflective approach to preparing food. Kids are encouraged to make choices to personalize their creations and are responsible for the set up and clean up each session.

• Accessible techniques, food science and new ingredients
• Knife skills and kitchen safety
• Choice based recipes
• Illustrated worksheets to keep up momentum between classes
• Edible take homes to share with their loved ones (examples: jar of sauce, bottle of vinaigrette, granola)

Light snacks and fruits provided.
